We are actively seeking an in-house Account Manager ideally with prior experience in the Vape or alternative goods industry. The ideal candidate should possess versatility to manage a variety of tasks related to wholesale customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to comprehensively address their needs, including order processing, upselling opportunities, and order placement.
  • Foster robust client relationships through regular inbound and outbound interactions via calls, texts, and emails to sustain current clientele and re-engage lapsed customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with various internal department teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer requests.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns to uphold satisfaction levels.
  • Manage payment collection and processing efficiently.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM tools for effective customer relationship management.


  • Proficient problem-solving skills to adeptly handle customer issues and requirements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate product concepts effectively.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills tailored to diverse customer profiles.
  • Efficient time management and multitasking capabilities to manage concurrent tasks and clients.
